Rydr – Corporate and Club Terms
Version 1.0 · 29 September 2026
1. Scope and services
These supplementary terms apply to organisational services provided by CAPYBARA Cycling GmbH, Altenbachstrasse 17E, 8832 Wollerau, Schweiz (Switzerland), where agreed with the company, club or other organisation concerned. Contact: admin@rydr.site.
The individually agreed offer governs, supplemented by the Rydr Terms of Use. The package, duration, price, permissions and special services are set out in that agreement. These supplementary terms do not themselves create an order or a new payment obligation. Individual members’ rights, particularly mandatory consumer and data protection rights, remain unaffected.
Rydr provides software for managing members, groups, events and carpools. The organisation is responsible for its events and the organisational, caring or transport duties it actually undertakes. Calculating a plan does not make Rydr the event organiser, employer or carrier.
2. Administration and member data
The organisation appoints authorised administrators, keeps permissions up to date and removes them when people leave or change roles. It may collect, process or import only data it is authorised to use. Individuals must be appropriately informed about the source, purposes and visibility of data and the use of Rydr.
A matching email suffix, identical name or reassigned business address is not enough to allocate another person’s accounts or data. Disputed allocations must be resolved before access is granted. An organisational invitation is not consent to a newsletter.
3. Events and assignments
The organisation must maintain accurate times, directions, seating capacities and meeting points. Drivers may be requested, but an administrative assignment does not replace voluntary agreement or a required driving licence. Removing someone as a driver does not necessarily cancel their attendance.
Manual car and bus assignments require checks of capacity, child seats, permissions and pickup conditions. For driver changes, cancellations and urgent changes, the organisation must provide direct communication and necessary alternatives within its responsibilities. An automatic plan or push notification does not replace this coordination.
4. Children, buses and external drivers
The Ride, Safety and Family Rules also apply to minors. The organisation establishes who may register, authorise collection and hand over a child. Group membership does not create unlimited supervision or collection authority.
For buses and external drivers, the organisation checks agreement, contactability and required qualifications. Rydr does not verify an external person simply by listing them. Commercial transport or services requiring a permit must not be treated as private carpools without establishing the actual requirements. Commercial passenger transport is not part of Rydr’s service.
5. Privacy and permitted purposes
The organisation must not use Rydr for covert employee surveillance, unrelated performance or behaviour profiles, or unauthorised access to personal accounts. Necessary work-related processing must be explained transparently and limited to its purpose. Consent does not replace mandatory employment protections.
An administrative role alone must not be used to compel location sharing. Agree on organisational alternatives when needed, such as a shared meeting point. Access to plans, contact details and children’s information must be limited to the relevant task. Exported data must also be protected.
6. Data protection roles and cooperation
Data protection responsibility depends on the actual purpose of processing. Rydr is independently responsible for its own account, security and billing purposes. Where Rydr processes data solely on the organisation’s behalf and documented instructions, the required data processing agreements must be concluded separately. These public supplementary terms do not replace a complete data processing agreement and its annexes.
The parties assist each other as required with rights requests and security incidents. The organisation protects administrator access, uses individual accounts and promptly reports suspected access problems to admin@rydr.site. Rydr’s own marketing use of imported members is not part of such processing on behalf of the organisation.
7. Support and termination
Support services, response times, availability, contract duration and cancellation depend on the individual agreement. A Corporate or Club offer does not itself include continuous emergency cover or dispatching journeys. Those responsible must provide their own organisational emergency arrangements for critical journeys.
Agreed data exports and return or deletion of data processed on behalf of the organisation follow the relevant contract and law. Personal Rydr accounts do not become the organisation’s property and are not automatically deleted when its contract ends. Individuals’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Liability and final provisions
The liability provisions in the Terms of Use and any validly negotiated agreements apply. Mandatory claims remain unaffected. These terms do not create a no-fault obligation for the organisation to assume any and all claims against Rydr.
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory provisions. Jurisdiction follows statutory rules and any valid individual agreements. Naming the organisation as a reference or using its logo in advertising requires separate authorisation.
